D-Panseptic Cream is an over-the-counter (OTC) wound treatment and skin protectant primarily formulated for children and individuals with sensitive skin. It provides a dual-action effect: 

Antiseptic Protection (Disinfection): Contains Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride, a mild antiseptic that helps sanitize minor cuts and prevent bacterial infections without burning or stinging. 

Skin Regeneration & Healing: Contains Dexpanthenol (Vitamin B5), which actively accelerates the repair of damaged skin tissue, strengthens the skin barrier, and prevents further aggravation. 

Wide Application for Minor Injuries: Highly effective for minor daily skin wounds such as nail scratches, bruises, light cuts, abrasions, and mild burns. 

Gentle & Safe Formula: It is entirely free of steroids, antibiotics, artificial colorants, and preservatives, making it exceptionally safe for delicate infant skin.

Comfortable Texture: Enriched with shea butter, giving it a soft, smooth texture that absorbs cleanly into the skin without leaving a greasy or sticky residue

(How to Use & Dosage)
Clean the wound: Wash and clean the affected or infected skin area thoroughly before application.
Apply thin layer: Gently apply an appropriate amount (a thin layer) of the cream directly to the wound 1 to 2 times daily.
Optional Protection: If needed, you may cover the area with a medical dressing (such as a sterile bandage or gauze) after applying the cream to keep the wound protected. 

(Precautions)
External use only: Do not apply to deep wounds, severe animal bites, or serious burns without medical consultation.
Allergic reaction: Do not use if you or your child are allergic to chlorhexidine or any other ingredients in this product. Discontinue use immediately if a severe burning sensation or skin rash occurs.
